Criteria for selling to us:

WE WANT

✓ New or like-new children’s clothing from newborn to 12 years.
✓ Clean clothes.
✓ Accessories such as headwear, suspenders, and bibs with tags.
✓ New socks in matching pairs with tags.
✓ Clothes with labels indicating size and brand.

WE DON’T WANT

✗ Handmade items, including home knitted/crochet items.
✗ Clothes with stains, including yellowing and fading.
✗ Clothes showing excessive wear, tears, or pilling.
✗ Clothes with missing buttons, broken zips, or cracked logos.
✗ Underwear, blankets, bath towels, or used bibs.
✗ White vests or white grows.

Process of selling to us:

• Sort your kids’ clothing and accessories according to our criteria.

• Contact us on WhatsApp or via our website with your name and location.

• Based on your location, please arrange delivery/drop-off at one of our two locations at the seller’s cost.

• If you stay outside these areas, Pudo/Paxi delivery will need to be paid for (minimum of 30 items required). If we are able to purchase all 30 items, we will reimburse you for the delivery fee.

• Once we receive your clothing, we will sort through the items, evaluate them, and send you an offer.

• Our offer will be valid for 7 days. Should you accept our offer, you can choose between cash or store credit (offer +20%).

• Any items that do not meet our criteria can be sent back to you at your own cost or collected from us within 7 days after the offer was accepted/declined. Alternatively, we will donate them to one of the NGOs we support.

Using your store credit:

• After accepting our store credit offer (cash offer +20%), you will receive a code via WhatsApp/email.

• Shop for the items you want to purchase on our website.

• Use your code at checkout for the credit to apply. If your amount exceeds the credit amount, you will be directed to pay the outstanding balance.

• Store credit purchases will be ready for collection between the 27th and 30th/31st of each month.

• Should you want the parcel delivered, you can choose that option at your own cost (R100).

• Store credit of R500 and under will be valid for 6 months from the date the code was issued, and the amount is for single use only.
